Easter at New Vision Church

Easter is a special time here at NVC.  We have a whole list of events, and we want anyone and everyone to join us!

First up on the list is Sunday, April 14th. Starting at 10 am, we will have our regular Sunday service meeting.

Following the service, at approximately 11:30 am, we will have an Easter Egg Hunt. We welcome all ages, so be sure to bring your biggest basket!

Good Friday is the Friday before Easter that commemorates the crucifixion of Christ. We are hosting a special family experience at 7 pm. This will be especially big for families with children involved in our Kid Nation group, grades 1-5. The Rise Up Family Experience will walk families through fun and captivating stations that connect them to the Easter story.

Easter or Resurrection Sunday falls on April 21st this year. We have one service at 10 am. Every age will worship together to connect on this special day. All other events for the day are canceled so that people can spend time with their families.

Our Easter service takes place at 10 am like any other Sunday. We accept late-comers but get there early for free coffee and donuts at our café in the back.

We have no particular dress code, so come as you are. Whether you are in jeans or a suit, we have a seat available.

Our music is contemporary and upbeat. You can listen to New Vision Worship’s debut EP on Spotify here.

A typical Sunday starts off with a prayer service at 9 am, followed by service at 10.
Our youth group UTH is from 1 to 2:30 pm. It features games, music, lessons, and more for middle and high schoolers, as well as college student leaders and volunteers.
After UTH, our WAVE team practices from 2:30 to 4. The WAVE team practices interpretive movement and sign language to music through Vision 2 Hear ministries.
These events are canceled for Easter Sunday, but everyone is welcome to join us another time.

We cannot wait to see you soon!
